Meeting Intelligence is a Type 2 interaction in the TVCR framework: the meeting itself is a human conversation, but the transcription, analysis, and scoring are performed by the AI evaluation layer. Tokens are not consumed during the conversation — they are consumed when the AI processes the content, identifies value events, and produces the Meeting TVCR Score. This is a strength, not a limitation: it means the cost of AI evaluation is clearly isolated, measurable, and directly attributable to the value it extracted from the meeting.
TVCR Meeting Intelligence deploys as a microphone-level integration: audio is captured in real time, AI transcription converts speech to structured text, and a proprietary event-detection layer flags decisions, action items, and negotiation outcomes — the moments that constitute business value in a meeting context. All token consumption occurs at this evaluation layer.
The result is a Meeting TVCR Score — a single, standardized metric that quantifies how much value the AI scoring layer extracted from the meeting, expressed per token consumed. No existing meeting transcription tool provides this. It is a patent expansion of the core TVCR framework.
