Licensing
Your organization already has engines — the models you have chosen. TVCRpro tells you how many kilometers you are getting per liter of fuel of AI, across the real work your teams do. Pre-pilot, design-intent.
How a qualified prospect moves from interest to a signed license to an issued Full-tier API key is below.
Licensing model
TVCRpro is offered to enterprises under a royalty plus per-seat license. The license grants the licensee the right to call the Full-tier scoring API for their own traffic, retain the responses internally, and use the resulting scores and coaching tips for their own teams. The methodology, dimension structure, and scoring architecture are documented in patent application 64/045,951. Production weights, anchors, and normalization constants are retained as trade secret.
Scores are benchmarked against the licensee’s own trajectory over time, not against other licensees or other models. There is no cross-organization ranking.
Tiers
Two tiers are defined for the v31 launch window:
- Pilot tier — bounded engagement, limited seat count, limited monthly call volume, designed for licensees who want to validate fit before a Standard agreement.
- Standard tier — full deployment, seat count and call volume sized to the licensee.
Pricing is on application. Public pricing is not posted at this stage. Pre-pilot status applies to both tiers until the first production pilot lands and reports.
NDA + key issuance flow
The architectural posture is simple: the API key is the gate, the NDA is the issuance prerequisite. No NDA, no key. No key, no Full-tier responses.
- Step 1 — Mutual NDA. Prospect signs a mutual NDA covering scoring methodology details, rubric anchor language, and roadmap material exchanged during evaluation. Request the template from nda@tvcrpro.com. Adobe Acrobat Sign is the e-signature path.
- Step 2 — Key issuance. Once the NDA is countersigned, Atomic issues a Full-tier API key to the prospect's named contact over a Proton-secured channel. The key is bound to the licensee's organization and is rotatable on request.
- Step 3 — Full-tier responses. The issued key authorizes
POST /api/scorewith Full-tier response shape for the licensee's traffic. The Light tier remains open and unauthenticated for anyone to try at /analyzer.
What the licensee receives
A Full-tier scoring response includes the composite TVCR score, the eleven dimension scores (five PQS plus six BVS), per-dimension coaching tips drawn from the production rubric, and the token-normalization metadata. The Light tier returns the composite score, three dimension highlights, and a single coaching tip. Side-by-side examples of the difference are published in the Comparison Library.

Calibration-phase status
TVCR scoring accuracy improves with calibration data. The patent (USPTO 64/045,951, paragraph [0091]) defines a three-phase deployment model in which scoring confidence and reporting language progress as organization-specific calibration data accumulates:
- Phase 1 — Pre-pilot. Heuristic scoring without organization-specific calibration. Current public deployment.
- Phase 2 — Human-calibrated. Organization-specific anchors active; scores reported with confidence intervals derived from the calibration dataset.
- Phase 3 — Empirically validated. Sufficient calibrated interactions with downstream outcome data to support empirical validation; confidence intervals reported alongside each score.
Per patent paragraphs [0146] and [0147], TVCR scores must not be used as the sole basis for consequential employment decisions (including but not limited to hiring, termination, performance reviews used in compensation determinations, or promotion decisions) until Phase 3 deployment status is achieved within the licensee's environment, and affected employees must be provided with score transparency and access to the underlying coaching data prior to any consequential use. This commitment is reflected in the standard license agreement.
For technology leaders
A short brief addressing how TVCRpro's per-interaction scoring relates to a productivity measurement question recently surfaced by the Goldman Sachs CIO: CIO brief — Token volume isn't the metric. Interaction quality is. (PDF).
Limitations of this offer
TVCRpro is pre-pilot, design-intent. There are no production deployments yet. Synthetic validation underpins the published methodology. The first pilot windows are targeted to open in Q3 2026; the target is a goal, not a commitment, and is subject to fit with the first qualified licensees.
Full disclosure of what TVCRpro does not do at this stage is on the Limitations page. Read that before signing anything.
