Privacy
Plain-language privacy posture for the TVCRpro public site and Light Analyzer. Pre-pilot, design-intent.
This page is not a legal policy reviewed by counsel. It is an honest description of what the site does today. A counsel-reviewed policy will replace this page once a company is formed; until then, the posture below is the one that is actually in effect.
What TVCRpro collects on this site
- Standard server logs at the Cloudflare edge: source IP, timestamp, request path, response status, user agent. Used for abuse prevention and rate limiting. Retained per Cloudflare's standard log retention.
- Light Analyzer submissions: the prompt and response text you paste into the form, transmitted over TLS to the Cloudflare Worker for scoring. Submissions are scored, the result is returned to you, and the submission is not retained beyond the scoring request itself.
- Email correspondence sent to any of the five canonical addresses (see Contact). Stored on Proton AG infrastructure in Switzerland. End-to-end encryption applies between Proton accounts; external mail uses standard transport encryption.
What TVCRpro does not collect
- No third-party analytics. No Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Segment, no advertising pixels.
- No cookies except essential ones strictly required for site functionality.
- No tracking across domains.
- No fingerprinting libraries.
- No third-party fonts loaded from external CDNs (system-font fallback chain only).
- No retention of Light Analyzer submissions beyond the scoring response.
Sub-processors
The vendors that process anything on behalf of TVCRpro are listed on the Security page, with their role, jurisdiction, and verification path. The list is intentionally short.
Data residency
- Email and identity — Switzerland (Proton AG).
- Workspace documents — Canada (Microsoft 365 Canadian tenant).
- Edge and Worker — global Cloudflare network, with Worker execution at the nearest edge to the request.
Privacy requests
To request a copy of correspondence you have sent, deletion of correspondence you have sent, or any other privacy-related action, write to atomic@tvcrpro.com. Requests are handled by the founder directly and are typically resolved within one business week.
The Light Analyzer is stateless: there is no submission record to delete, because nothing is retained.
What this page does not promise
This is not a representation that TVCRpro is GDPR-compliant, CCPA-compliant, or certified under any privacy framework, because no third-party audit has been commissioned at this stage. It is a representation that the posture above is what is actually in effect today.
Once the first pilot licensee is engaged and a company is formed, this page will be replaced with a counsel-reviewed policy and the change will be noted in the page history at the bottom.
