Terms

Plain-language terms covering the public site, the Light Analyzer, and the Full-tier API. Pre-pilot, design-intent.

This page is not a legal contract reviewed by counsel. It is an honest description of how the site and the Light Analyzer may be used today. The Full-tier API is governed by an executed license agreement, not by this page. A counsel-reviewed terms-of-service document will replace this page once a company is formed.

Use of the public site

Reading the published pages on tvcrpro.com is permitted for any non-abusive purpose. Quoting and citing the published methodology is permitted with attribution. Republishing the production rubric anchors, weights, or normalization constants is not possible because they are not published — they are retained as trade secret per the patent application. See Methodology for what is and is not disclosed.

Use of the Light Analyzer

The Light Analyzer at /analyzer is open and unauthenticated. Anyone may use it to score a single human-to-AI interaction, subject to the rate limits enforced at the Cloudflare Worker (a small number of requests per IP per hour, sized to discourage automated abuse without blocking honest exploration).

Permitted uses of the Light Analyzer include: evaluating a prompt and response you wrote and ran yourself; learning the methodology by example; preparing a prompt before paying for the Full-tier deeper response.

The Light Analyzer is not authorized for: automated scraping or bulk programmatic submission; circumventing the rate limits; submitting content that is unlawful, harassing, or designed to harm others; or attempting to extract the production rubric anchors via volume.

The Light Analyzer is provided as-is. Scores are advisory. Coaching tips are advisory. The decision about what to do with either remains yours.

Use of the Full-tier API

The Full-tier API is gated by an issued API key. The API key is issued only after a mutual NDA is executed and a license agreement is in place. Use of the Full-tier API is governed by the executed license, not by this page. See Licensing for the issuance flow.

Intellectual property

The TVCR methodology and scoring architecture are protected by patent application USPTO 64/045,951, Confirmation #7707, filed April 21, 2026. The non-provisional deadline is April 21, 2027. The TVCRpro name and the elevator description are owned by Atomic Armstrong (Canada). Rubric weights, anchors, and normalization constants are retained as trade secret. See Patent for the public summary.

Liability

TVCRpro is pre-pilot. There are no production deployments yet. Any decision you take based on a Light Analyzer score, a coaching tip, a Full-tier response, or any other published material on this site is your decision. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the founder and TVCRpro disclaim consequential damages arising from such decisions. This is not a waiver of any rights you have under consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will be reflected in the page history below. Continued use of the public site or the Light Analyzer after a material change is updated indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
